Growers` Contribution to Renewable Energy
Verbio purchases corn from local growers to produce low-carbon ethanol at its biorefinery in Nevada, Iowa. As a producer of sustainable energy and renewable fuels, we create value from agricultural resources while supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy.
Since launching commercial ethanol production in August 2024, our Nevada facility has operated as a fully integrated biorefinery, combining ethanol and renewable natural gas (RNG) production. By converting locally sourced feedstocks into sustainable energy products, we provide additional market opportunities for growers while helping strengthen domestic energy supply. As a trusted partner to local growers, Verbio is committed to fostering strong relationships with the agricultural communities that supply our feedstocks.
