Our team
Greg Faith
Greg leads Verbio's ethanol and renewable natural gas biorefinery in Nevada, Iowa, and is responsible for managing plant costs, reliability, quality and maintenance. Greg is an accomplished chemical engineer with 25 years of experience in agricultural processes in the areas of operations leadership, process engineering, project management, and product development. Greg joined Verbio in 2019 and has extensive background providing leadership and technical direction to teams in development and optimization of production plants, including startup activities. Greg's academic background includes a BS (chemical engineering) from Iowa State University and an MBA from Bellevue University.

Michael Fritch
Michael has been involved in agriculture all his life. He grew up on a family farm in central Iowa outside of Mitchellville. He is passionate about helping agriculture become as sustainable and profitable as possible, all while being environmentally friendly. Michael attended Iowa State University, where he graduated with a degree in Agronomy. His experience has included managing his family´s fourth generation farm, helping Heartland Coop form its conservation agronomy team, and working with TruTerra to help its ag retailers find funding to form conservation agronomy positions.
